Stay stress free, relax!

Let’s face it, this year has been hectic. 2020 has been such an interesting year for everyone, so eventful, so thrilling, and at times, quite terrifying. Everyone’s probably dealing with a bunch of stress, anxiety, low income, and the whole deal. But it’s not the worst year to ever occur, and we must remain positive. It’d help out everyone if they were to just relax. Here’s a couple reasons why it’s beneficial to stay relaxed and calm. 

1. A person under a lot of stress is dangerous 

Someone dealing with a lot in their life may not be in the best mind state. But that could also fall onto anyone else as well. Someone dealing with a high amount of stress can easily succumb to a whole new ordeal of vices to bring them down further. Such as abusing drugs or alcohol, becoming aggressive, disappearing, or harming themselves. 

2. Stress can be harmful to someone

There can be physical symptoms of stress overload such as headaches, dizziness, tension in the neck/shoulder area, poor sleep, and becoming easily fatigued can all be a result of stress overload. Stress can also affect someone’s mental state of being. This can start to lower their concentration, decision making, self esteem, and communication skills. Stress can also negatively impact someone by making them feel overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. 

3. Lazy days save lives

There are a few number of activities to try and lower someone’s stress to relax their mind and body more. A few of these activities include breathing, meditation, yoga, qigong, and hypnosis. A few benefits from these relaxing activities can include decreased heart rate, lower breathing rate, increased blood flow, lower blood pressure, decreased insomnia, depression, anxiety, relaxed muscles, reduced chronic pain, increased confidence, calmness, coping abilities, and energy.
